Base
- Pre-heat the oven to 180°C
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and 30g of stevia
- Melt 50 g of butter on low heat in a small boiling pan (you can also use a microwave), then add it to the bowl
- Mix until evenly combined
- Form a layer in a baking tin, and press down using a glass
- Bake for 5 minutes, then sit to cool down
Tart
- Squeeze the juice of the lemon in a bowl
- Peel and cut the apples very thinly. Add them to the bowl as you cut them (this will prevent them from turning brown)
- Lay the apples evenly across the tin (don’t hesitate to get creative and create a nice pattern)
- Melt the butter in a pan (or the microwave), then pour on top of the tart
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Remove from the oven, and press the apples gently (you can use a glass)
- Drizzle the rest of the stevia and the ground nutmeg on top of the tart, then put back in the oven for 20 minutes
- Take out of the oven
