- Preheat your oven at 180°C
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a boiling pan on low heat. Be careful not to burn it! Allow it to cool down as you prepare the second blend
- Break the eggs in a large mixing bowl and whisk firmly
- Add the stevia and keep on whisking firmly, then add the cooled chocolate and butter. Mix gently to blend the two
- Grease the baking tin with butter, then pour the mixture in
- Cook for no more than 15 minutes, stop when a thin crust starts to form
- Turn off the oven but keep the brownies in to finish cooking gently
